Morning! After My chromebook (HP Chomebook 14-q011ed) run out of power I tried to start it up. It did go OK until I got in the "email' and 'Password' setion in the starting up sequense. Afer I fill in the the asked mail adres and password it started to go 'thinking' with the message 'even geduld aub'. This is dutch for something like 'One moment please'. It got stuck. So I downloaded another OS system (HP chromebook q000 - q099) on a SD card and installed it.
After installing: Same problem as before; got stuck after mailadress/password. When I push the buttons Esc//on/off button it still does give the message "Chrome is missing or damaged".
Any is sugestion is welcome!

Morning The Fosette! Thank you so much for your reply. The Chromebook was working fine until saturdaynight. It run out of electricity completely in that terrible night. Sunday morning I did connect it to the grid to boot it up, it went well until the password screen. After that he is 'thinking'.
I tried the powerwash and I tried to install a new OS with an SD card on monday. This all went well, it does install the new OS apparently, but symptoms remains the same. Nothing after the password screen.
To answer your questions: nope, before the problem no software or hardware changes, and working fine until saturday evening.
I am looking forward to your reply!
All the best,
Nico
