HP Chromebook - 14a-na0031wm

My HP Chromebook will turn on perfectly then about 5 minutes after using it will start acting slow and then the screen will completely freeze up.

I can hold down the power button for about 15 seconds and am able to shut down the chromebook, but the same problem keeps happening again over and over.

 

I have deleted new recent apps and deleted most of my internet extensions hoping that might help. It says Chromebook is all up to date and the diagnostics report says everything is OK.. I am unsure what to do now to try and fix this problem.

Anyone have the same issue and get it fixed? Thank you for your suggestions in advanced!
