HP Chromebook - 14a-na0023cl

Hi! Recently I slipped and my computer fell out of my hand. Everything was okay, except the area between the keyboard and screen-boarder (the place where you fold the part of the laptop), The left side of it was a bit broken, and it was more tilted on the other side. When I open or close my computer, there is a sound. It's like a rock being smashed on sand. Is there anyway to make the sound go away and make the tilted side more straight? Please email me for further detail or pictures. [Personal Information Removed]

Hi @Lucas69420,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

I understand that this is a Hardware issue. However, the support here is limited to software troubleshooting. However, since the unit might need repair, I would request you to contact HP Phone support who would have an option to schedule a repair.

For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.

Please check your inbox on the forums page for the private message.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
