My Chromebook is having an issue after a firmware update where the USB C port on the left side has stopped working. I have tried recovering the OS however the issue is still present. I have tried all the usual hard resets and powerwashes etc.

Last week the right-hand USB c port stopped working; couldn't use my charger. I switched to the let USB c port and it functioned fine. Now a week later the left-hand port is not functioning and I can't charge my chromebook at all. Any solutions?
