Product: Chromebook X360 14c-cc0047nr
Operating System: Chrome OS
My son has a Chromebook which I bought in May 2021, so it is about 6 months old.
A couple days ago it stopped working while he was in class. It does not charge, no lights come on and it will not turn on. It is completely inert. We have another Chromebook and 14b model with the same charger, we tested both chargers on the old Chromebook and the charger works, so the problem is with the computer.
Unfortunately, the serial number printed on the bottom is not recognized by the HP support website, and there is no option for contacting anyone without a valid serial number.
Any advice?
