Product: HP Chromebook 11A G6 EE

My boyfriend has a Chromebook he wasn't using. Told me he couldn't get into it and it was a piece of junk. I reset the laptop and apparently made myself the administrator. He was pretty furious about this and it wasn't something I did intentionally so I reset it again. Now he's saying I'm still the administrator and he can't figure a way to make himself the administrator. No matter how many times I reset it, he says he can't make himself the admin. Can someone please help me reset this thing to where he can be the admin? He honestly thinks I know how and am holding out on him so I can secretly track him or something. Thx, T
