HP Chromebook - 14-ca061dx
Chrome OS

I had multiple aw snap errors with my 2 month old Chromebook.  Followed all steps to no avail.  The final step was to perform a system recovery.  After multiple attempts using 2 different 16 gb usb sticks, the only message I receive is "an unexpected error has occurred" and chrome OS is missing or damaged.  The next step is a warranty claim.  The Chromebook is still under warranty.  However, I have not received any response from HP.  This is the message from the website: "This product is no longer serviced by HP. You may search for possible solutions on this support website."  Please advise.
