Our Chromebook stopped turning on yesterday. The power light works, just the screen stays blank. Has been on the charger for over 24 hours. The website says it is out of warranty but we bought it in September 2021 as a present for Christmas. Has been used periodically for 3 months but still should be under the 1 year by purchase date. We have completed all of the troubleshooting steps to no avail.
Trying to contact HP via phone with no luck. DOES ANYONE HAVE A PHONE NUMBER OR A LIVE CHAT???
Completed the virtual assistant steps with no luck and there is not a repair center within 50 miles of my house. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I recommend disputing the warranty since you bought it in September. It should still be in warranty.
Find the proof of purchase document that you have for the Chromebook. You will need to upload it.
