    Hello:

 

    In the:

                                 Cotrol-Panel --> Programs/uninstall a program --> Chromium

 

    What  is the "Chromium" ??  What is the usefulness of it?

HI,

 

You should remove it. It is a Browser which usually gets installed bundled with other software. It is considered an PUP and you should uninstall.

I would also download a Malware scanner and clean the PC. Such as Malwarebytes free edition and/or Malwarebytes Adware remover.

 

https://www.malwarebytes.com/products/

 

After using the application you can uninstall and install again if needed.
