Spectre x360 Convertible
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just clean installed Windows 10 (Home Edition) on Spectre x 360 Convertible using USB memory that I created as Windows 10 installer.

I deleted all the partitions except Recovery (D:/), and it would not start Windows.

It shows the following message and restarts:

Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart.

Stop code: 0xC000021A

I tried re-installing Windows, but it did not work.

I could not start it with safe mode, and I tried to run command prompt, but it was not successful.

If you have any idea to fix this problem, please let me know. Thank you.

Only thing I can think to try is delete all partitions and format the entire drive. Recovery partition is of no use after a clean install anyway. Hopefully you made Recovery Media as a safety net before starting all of this.

I created an install media (USB drive) again, and I was able to install Windows 10 correctly. The install media that I first created must have been broken or something.

Thank you for your help!
