I am performing a clean installation of Windows 11 from a USB. Using the F9 boot order, the laptop booted the Windows 11 USB installation media fine. During the subsequent Windows 11 installation, I noticed that the touchpad was not working, but I was able to continue through several of the Windows 11 installation screens using the tab and enter keys. However, the Windows 11 installation fails at the "Let's connect you to a network" screen. I obviously lost my drivers durring reinstallation and tried downloading the proper ones from Microsoft onto USB from another computer however I am recieving a message saying "Something went wrong: 0xe000022f". I opened the command prompt to bypass the network setup but my keyboard will not type. I tried plugging in a different keyboard but no luck.
Thank you in advanced for your time and help. Hopefully someone can help and quickly!

You can try HP Cloud Recovery Tool to create a bootable recovery usb drive that installs Windows11, HP software and drivers for all devices including WiFi, keyboard and touchpad.

If you run the recovery tool on another PC, you'll be prompted to provide the full product number (ProdID) of the notebook, which you can find on the back cover of the notebook.
