HP Recommended

I called hp and they told me that because my pc came with windows 7 installed, I should create a windows 7 media tool. But when I enter my key on microsoft to download it, it tells me that i can't because my windows were preinstalled by hp. Now I want to return to windows 7 from my laptop but I had deleted the recovery partition and factory reset can't be done.

 

What should I do?
