My hp laptop is a pavilion, i wanted to get back the OEM Software recently but my product id does not recognize.

And on the support cloud page says "Item0015".
But when i do a laptop i previously owned it works.
Both came out in 2019.

Please contact asap as i need

do a clean install of windows 10 or 11 on that one with the 0015 error

Any missing drivers can be found here

if enough owners complain then possibly the cloud recovery will be made available again.
