Hi everyone.
My laptop model is HP 15-bs107nt 2PM33EA#AB8. I installed Cloud Recovery Tool in order to prepare Recovery USB. I made bootable USB and booted from that. I got an error which says "This computer is not supported by System Recovery Media."
Then I checked the image downloaded from HP servers. It seemed to be for different model HP laptop.
In the image (base.swm files), there are texts which consist of some values like bs0xx, Intel Atom processor, 4GB RAM (although mine has 8GB RAM). Then I thought it may be wrong image because of these differences. (Cloud Recovery Tool downloads bs0xx's images whereas mine is bs1xx.)
Could an HP employee answer that? Please don't recommend clean install, I did several times, this time I want to recovery original one.
