I have 2 HP Laptops and right now I'm having Issues with one of them were I can not get online, and would like to see if the HP Cloud Recovery Tool would fix it...My question is, how can I access that tool when I can't access the internet ??? I tries to move it from the Working HP to a USB to no avail...I would great appresheate some insight and direction...Thank you

Hi:
If you have the cloud recovery tool on another PC, you enter the other PC's full product number in the tool's search window after you launch the tool. The full product number must include the 3 country code characters after the # sign.
Then the cloud recovery tool will create the bootable USB recovery drive for the PC you want to factory reset.

HP 15 bs212wm laptop…System was having issues for three or four days and I could not resolve it so I decided to backup all files etc and reset it…The reset made it even worse , i.e. lost all connectivity, No Wi-Fi, no Internet or Bluetooth. They also had to remove 18 different files, many were vital Microsoft, Intel and HP. Half of these were drivers...
