Im trying to recover my laptop using cloud recovery client on another laptop
but now downloading is stuck at 95%
what can I do ?
I don’t want to download it again it takes 24 hours to download it

As far as I know, you can't do that -- use a second PC to recover the first PC. What you can do is download the Cloud Recovery Tool to the second PC and use a 32GB USB stick to create recovery media -- which then, I believe, can be used in the first PC.

Hi!.. Had same problem with my laptop HP Omen. Stuck at 95% after 24 hours waiting,
My solution: Restart laptop and check that USB stick is working OK. After that starting HP Cloud Recovery Tool, and check that recognize successfully USB stick. Follow steps as usual and see how he will unpack and write the image right to the USB stick.
Check that image is OK
