Where can I find the HP ENVY x360 - 15-cn0003ca recovery?

When I validated my product ID, it tells me it's not valid for generating a cloud recovery. I had previously recovered it, but for some reason it no longer works.

HP withdraws support for the cloud recovery tool upon the PC reaching 5 years of age.

 

That is why you are getting an 'invalid' message.

 

Your only option to reinstall Windows would be to use either the W10 or W11 media creation tools from the links below and clean install W10/W11.

 

Download Windows 10

 

Download Windows 11

 

After Windows has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
