I accidentally deleted my recovery partition, and have been unable to use my notebook for over a month. But after searching online, I discovered I could use the HP Cloud Recovery Tool to write the recovery unto a USB flash drive. Well, the issue is that the process fails after partitioning the flash drive, and asks me to contact HP Support with the following error code: 0xC00401. I'd deeply appreciate any help.

Hi:
I suggest you use the Microsoft media creation tool to create a bootable W10 or W11 USB installation flash drive as applicable and clean install Windows.
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)
After Windows has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
That way you will be able to use your notebook again.
