I get a far as the HP cloud recovery tool download screen. I click Install and nothing happens. Tried several times. Searched for anything that was recently downloaded but found nothing

Thanks for the zip file. I downloaded it on a flash drive with my Windows 7 computer and opened the zip file. Then I put it in my Windows 11 computer's USB port and powered up the computer. Pressed F9 to boot up but neither the flash drive nor the file on it was listed as a choice. Tried to do it in the bios boot option selection after going to F10 but nothing happened there.
Searching for other HP help I went back to their Cloud Recovery information. They asked if my model was supported by Cloud recovery. Gave it my model and they said yes, it is supported and provided a link to download the HP Cloud Recovery Tool. But, again as on previous occasions, the link opens in a new tab but with a blank white screen. I also tried to get the tool from Microsoft. Same thing, I selected the link for the HP Cloud Recovery Tool which opened a new tab for the tool but with a blank white screen.
Really not sure if I'm following correct procedures. Any further help would be appreciated.

You're very welcome.
From the way I understand what you wrote, you didn't mention anything about installing the tool on another PC, running it as administrator, entering your notebook's product number in the tool's search windows to create the bootable USB recovery drive.
That process takes at least 15 minutes.

Thanks for your effort to help me. Obviously this is a great mystery to me! Was it wrong to download and open the zip file on my windows 7 computer and then insert the flash drive in my windows 11 computer? Not sure how I could download the zip file otherwise.

You're very welcome.
Downloading and installing the cloud recovery tool on your W7 PC was fine.
Now you have to run the tool to create a USB recovery drive for your notebook.
You are skipping the most important part of the process.

Latest effort: I discovered that the HP Cloud Recovery Tool file you sent and I ran created a desk top application. I ran it and it notified me to right click it and run as administrator which I did. So far so good. The app launches, I agree to let it make changes, I agree to the license, it states that is is creating a bootable USB flash drive, but then it stops and notifies me that the HP Cloud Recovery Tool's authentication is invalid or expired, please update to latest version.
I gave the Microsoft Store another shot to download the tool but only get a blank white screen. Tried with three different browsers, same result. Tried the link HP provides for the tool, same result. Your help is greatly appreciated but I I don't know how to get past this latest obstacle.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to help you with that problem.
I can download and install the Cloud recovery tool from the Microsoft Store on my Dell PC with no problem and it works fine.
I recommend you now try and clean install Windows 10 by making a bootable USB installation flash drive with the Media creation tool from the link below.
After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
