Hi @Macado69,
Error 3F0 means "Boot Device Not Found": the laptop can't find a drive to start from. After a recovery, this is often a boot setting.
- Unplug everything and hold the power button for 15 seconds.
- Press F10 for BIOS > Boot Options: make sure UEFI boot is used (Legacy off) and Secure Boot is enabled. Save with F10.
- Press Esc > F9 and choose "Windows Boot Manager" if it's listed.
- Run F2 diagnostics > Storage tests, as HP recommends for this error: https://support.hp.com/lv-en/document/c06225712
- If the drive passes but there's no boot entry, reinstall Windows from a USB made with the HP Cloud Recovery Tool.
