Product: Pavilion g4-2013
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have a Pavilion g4-2013 that I have reverted back to its factory setting with Windows 7 Home Premium. I used the Windows Recovery from drive D that came with the system. When I go to Windows Update, I get a Code 80072EFE and Windows Explorer 9 cannot display webpages. Please help.
