Hi @Sushilkannan,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Try these steps:
Full Screen Screenshot:
- Press the PrtScn (Print Screen) key. This will capture the entire screen and copy it to the clipboard. You can then paste it into an application like Paint or Word by pressing Ctrl + V.
Active Window Screenshot:
- Press Alt + PrtScn to capture only the active window. This is also copied to the clipboard and can be pasted using Ctrl + V.
Direct Save to File (Windows 11/10 feature):
- Press Windows key + PrtScn. This will save a fullscreen screenshot directly to your Pictures > Screenshots folder.
Using Snipping Tool
- Snipping Tool:
- In Windows 11, you can access the Snipping Tool by typing Snipping Tool in the search bar and pressing Enter. Here, you can select the type of snip you want to make (free-form, rectangular, window, or full-screen).
Using Snip & Sketch
- Snip & Sketch Tool:
- Press Windows key + Shift + S. This will open the Snip & Sketch tool, allowing you to select the area of the screen you want to capture. The screenshot will be copied to the clipboard, and a notification will appear for accessing Snip & Sketch to save or edit the screenshot.
These methods should help you capture screenshots in various formats on your HP Pavilion x360. If the PrtScn key does not seem to work, verify that the function keys are not locked, or check if any third-party software might be interfering with the key functions.
I hope this helps.
