Compaq CQ58
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Compaq CQ58 refuses to start upon pressing the ON button. The screen remains blank and black.

Please advise solution. Thanks.

I understand that your HP notebook is not working correctly. If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Computer Does Not Starthttps://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c01997899 and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
