Compaq LTE 5400

I have an old company lte 5400 but whenever I turn it on it beeps and all the characters are messed up and are in the incorrect order please help!

What is your computer ? Does it support lte 5400 card ? Some HP busniess machines ONLY support a number of cards, it not on the list, machine won't boot or booting with errors.

Hello this is typed I just logged in from a diffrent account and the compaq booted but...

Glitched displayGlitched display

The display is all messed up. Whenever I use a PS/2 mouse or the built in keyboard dot mouse it will track and leave an ugly yellow smear behind. It also clones the mice and when I boot it all the character on the screen are mixed. I am using the proper charger but still it was as before. I don’t understand by what you mean LTE 5400 card but thanks anyway. Btw the word company was a typo I meant compaq
