Most probably NOT.
Only Win7 PCs and newer fare well when being upgraded to Win10.
The older PCs do not, as the hardware is too old to have working Win10 drivers.
Plus, there is no Upgrade Path from WinXP -- in which you upgrade the OS and retain your settings, personal data, and applications. You would lose everything in the process and your WinXP apps most likely would not even run in Win10.
