Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This is with reference to HP laptop submitted at HP Service center at Sikandarpur -122001 Haryana vide receipt number 2105/1696 (Copy attached). Model No:- 15s-dr0002TU / 7NH60PA Serial No:- [Personal Information Removed]

 

Laptop was returned as beyond economic repair and laptop.

 

Called local repair technician, he opened it in front of me and found RAM Missing. It was found that there is No RAM in its slot, both slots are empty. 

 

Called up HP service center but they are not accepting regarding missing RAM. Asked them to show footage which they refused.

 

HP needs to take appropriate action against the service center & get my RAM back.
