Product: HP Chromebook x360 - 14c-ca0053dx

So to sum it up, I have a HP chromebook 14c x360 and I’ve had it for about a year and a half and it’s giving me issues. My laptop crashed and said that the chrome OS is missing or damaged. Each time I use the recovery process (which may have to be done multiple times for one reason or another) to correct the problem.  Unfortunately, I find myself having to recover the OS at least once a week.  It's very annoying.  I enjoy using the computer but I am extremeely tired of having to recover the OS as often as I do.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Note: This is the same issue reported by CGomez5 on 16 Jul 2022.

Do you have valid HP warranty ?

 

Check status:

HP support

If status (date) is wrong:

--->>> HP PCs, printers - Dispute a warranty status

Unfortunately, I can't wave a magic wand. My options are exhausted... 

 

You should buy new Chrome/Windows OS based device ...
