Computer was stuck on Automatic Repair on load up ( with no spinning icon), followed some tutorials, now on System Recovery (F11) and says "Please Wait" with no spinning icon and is stuck there.
Background: It is a new computer, a bout a week old, and had no audio device or drive on it, so i have been trying to download one and i think there is a corrupt file from doing the downloads.
Please i need help, and i dont mind reseting it, just want to get past the please wait screen.
Thankyou in advance

Hi:
If you are not able to use the factory reset option, you can try clean installing W10 using the Media Creation Tool at the link below.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
The tool will allow you to make a USB flash drive installer. You will need an 8 GB flash drive for that.
The software will work with the W10 product key in your notebook's BIOS and automatically activate once you are connected to the internet.
Then you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.

If the recent Windows update caused the sound not to work, follow the instructions from this recently published HP document.
