HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Computer acts like it’s totally  dead even if plugged in.  No lights light up to say it’s charging and nothing happens if I hit start.   Tried hard reset and took out battery.   Also replaced the cord.  Nothing works.  It’s basically a paper weight.   Any ideas?
