My computer is constantly freezing, I have had a new hard drive installed and reset back to factory settings and nothing seems to help. The techs at the local computer store can not seem to figure out the issue and the IT guys for my company cant seem to figure it out which is why i was told to try a last ditch effort and factory reset. Anyone else have a similar problem?

Can we have the model of the computer? Lots of different Envys. Did anyone test the memory? I would run a full set of the hardware tests. Tap esc as you power up, then F2 for diagnostics, then component tests. Run the long form of the tests. If you did a reset you may need to reinstall the UEFI diagnostic app onto the system but to link you to the right one I need the model.
Freezing is usually the Windows installation or hard drive, which you have ruled out, RAM, or the video memory on the motherboard.
