Product: hp-pavilion-14-bf100
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Sometimes the computer dies without a warning for low battery and with a battery level at over 20 %. It is not possible to restart it then, it must be plugged in. 

 

Also have a problem with that the computer dies when i plug in the power cable, often when I hava approx. 15 % left i think.

There is a diagnostic test for the battery in the HP Support Assistant app or in the UEFI preboot environment.

We need to see the full advanced diagnostic information not just the pass/fail. Like the dashboard light on the car its not extemely reliable or informative.
