After booting on Win10 or Win11, the computer passes all tests for hardware, system, etc.; however, when I begin interacting with it, the input is extremely slow.  For example, if I am writing an email, I might write an entire sentence before the first character appears on the screen.  At times, it will seem that it is interacting for 6 seconds and then pauses for 6 seconds, which makes it practically unusable.  Also, applications take exceedingly long to open.  If I use the optimization routine and choose to disable search indexing, interaction speeds up a lot; however, that doesn't seem to "stick". I would be glad to supply any other information necessary.
