I tried resetting it and then it shut off and showes “the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error.ect” If I press ok it restarts and it I click the x it restarts anyway please if you could help

Hi:

 

With another working Windows PC, use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable recovery drive, that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
