Hello
so I have a hp pavilion x360 and I’ve had it since January this year
it’s been fairly ok a little slow but that’s probably because it has an i3 processor but I was using it yesterday and then everything froze
the entire computer crashed and bluescreened for about 3 hours
it then booted up only for me to realise that it has become so unbearably slow that Microsoft edge can’t load before crashing
I’d understand if it was about 2-3 years old but I haven’t even had the computer for a year
i kinda want to fix it but it’s been so buggy for the time ive had it I think im deserved a refund or at least a new computer as replacement
thanks
Joel:)

HP does not provide refunds or replacements on used equipment -- so expecting that is unrealistic.
However, since it is still under warranty, you should contact HP Customer Support to explore your repair options.
