Ik heb mijn laptop een totale reset gegeven volgens de stappen van bijgevoegd YouTube filmpje https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lrrBxek9n3g

Nadat de Windowsreset goed verlopen is verschijnt alleen nog maar HP op mijn scherm. Reageert verder nergens op, ook niet bij uitzetten en opstarten.
