It finally fixed, it seems that after the recovery it still needed a few restarts to finish more updates that fixed the problem. I am extremely thankful for your help. I'm a little bummed that I had to delete everything so I have to reinstall all my programs, but I'd rather do that than not have a working computer. Thank you for the help once again!

Also, download and install HP support assistant on your PC. It should automatically download and install the latest updates and drivers for your PC.

Thank you for replying with this detailed response 😉
I appreciate your time and efforts,
This is quite weird considering the issue had been resolved earlier,
As it shows that there's something within the Windows settings that have been changed either via an update or program installation, I recommend you follow the below steps to find a permanent fix:
- Right click on the small Battery Changing icon on the bottom right-hand corner and select Power Options
- Click on Change Plan Settings next to what power plan is selected.
- Click on Change advanced power settings
- Expand Sleep and make sure to set Allow hybrid sleep and Hibernate after to Never or 0
- Expand Hard Disk and set Turn off hard disk after to Never or 0
- Click Apply then OK
If I have helped you resolve the issue,
Feel free to give me a virtual high-five by clicking the 'Thumbs Up' icon
Followed by clicking on 'Accepted as Solution'
And Have a great day ahead!
