I have followed all directions on this site to reset my computer to factory.

 

it does not reset.  At the last window it simply states “there was a problem resetting this computer.”

Product: Windows Home

An evil person had my computer an is now the administrator of my computer.  He installed some bogus O.S. Called Windows 10 Home?  
I can not do anything because windows security will not allow me to open any files.  I want to simply completely purge my computer.
