Product: Intel core i3

The computer will not turn on, it keeps me on the page for hardware diagnostics. After diagnostic is complete, it still does not let me progress even though it says it “passed”

HP Recommended

Disconnect the AC adapter.

Remove the battery.

Press the power button for 10 seconds.

Put back the battery.

Connect the AC adapter.
