Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Called the hp help desk because my printer wouldn't print.  The tech updated the printer and then clicked on windows updates (even though I was up to date) then restarted my desktop acer computer.  Now it won't boot up.  He said he would call me back and he didn't.  My computer won't boot up.  Tried several restarts, uninstall updates, system restore - nothing is working.  Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do? 

 

None of the board suggestions or categories match my problem so I just chose what sounded best.
