Computer won't do anything

2 days ago my hp Chromebook died but it never turned back on, when I plugged it in there was no indication it was charging so I tried 2 other chargers, none worked so I tried a hard reset and nothing happened so I just left it plugged in hoping it would turn on tomorrow but instead I woke up to the fan turning on and off and the power light and charging light blinking every 2 seconds, I tried to hard reset again but to no avail so it did that all day. Today it wasn't blinking or anything so I tried to open it, nothing. So I tried to plug it in and it just started blinking and the fan again. I tried to open the bottom to take out the battery and put it back in but I couldn't get the bottom off.
