Computer won’t start up goes straight to system recovery. Everything I try anything it tells me I need to log in as administrator but there are no administrator accounts

@Bigmikelsu

The account you created when you first configured the PC is the default Administrator account.  If this has been removed, we can not help you.

You say System Restore and System Recovery -- but these are very different situations.  Please provide the EXACT wording you are seeing when you try to login.

When I start my computer, black logo screen appears, and says “ preparing automatic repairs” Then the same screen that comes up when you start the computer and hit F11,  then when I choose to reset PC  “. You need to sign in as an administrator to continue, but there aren’t any administrator accounts on this PC” message comes up.
