Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I wanna know, designed these HP Stream notebooks with only 27 Gb and the majority of that space is taken up by the Operating System? And I can't Update, even trying to use an SD Card or an External Hard Drive.

Probably you have to ask Microsoft, that was its idea. No HP but other vendors do/did the same. I don't know what exactly is the reason behind. I've got a feeling but sorry I can't say due to legal reasons.
