Product: HP Pavilion 14 Laptop PC 14-ec1000 (4V214AV)

My computer doesn't see my smartphone (poco x5 pro) via usb at all (other computers see it). Bluetooth connection lasts maybe for a second and interrupts (I dont have such problem with  headphones)

When using USB cable to connect them, you need to ACCEPT the connection. Please slowly try

 

      Connect USB cable from smartphone to your computer,

      Turn on your phone and logon,

       Carefully see message(s) on phone screen and touch Allow.
