please can anyone help me to fix this? My hp envy 360 convertible is fully connected to my wi fi but not working, noting is loading even I can’t update it, known if the internet is working for days now and it gat me worried 

please I need help on this urgently

To help you I need to know the product number (p/n) of your notebook !

You will find this information on the back/rear of your notebook in small alphanumeric letters.

The product number (p/n) is legally allowed information about the computer. This is not sensitive data.

It is allowed to publish it in public.
