Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Question.. My users are basically set up on HP EliteBook 845 G10 and G11 models .

Within the last month, they've been experiencing low audio and for some an audio that sounds like it's underwater.

When troubleshooting , we're being forced to run updates via both HPP Support  and HP Image assist back to back .

Even after doing so in some cases the issue does not resolve itself and requires the laptop to reset itself overnight  for the audio to fix itself. Is there another solution or even a software or firmware patch that can permanently fix this ?
