I am experiencing a persistent issue with my HP laptop where the screen starts blinking continuously upon logging in. This problem begins as soon as I enter my credentials and persists, making it difficult to use the laptop effectively. I have attempted basic troubleshooting measures such as restarting the laptop and checking for driver updates, but the issue remains resolved only if I restart my system.
