Pavilion 15-cw0998nl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently updated the BIOS of my HP Pavilion Ryzen 5 2500U downloaded from your site, it was all right. Until I upgraded Windows.
Just started I can not go in the settings that crashes instantly with error "PAGE FAULT IN NO PAGED AREA ", or crashes after a few seconds without touching anything with the same error, or does not start directly Windows. I tried to do the memory diagnostics is to disable the functionality to automatically manage the size of the paging files of all drives, but nothing. At this point I thought of restoring the PC from Recovery Mode, but it did not solve the same. I tried to do a clean installation with a USB stick (operation that usually in my old PC always solved the problem) but I still have the exact same problem.

Additional information about the problem: after the BIOS uploads (with the HP logo) an additional black background upload is made before the login. Is all the blue screens have the PAGE FAULT code IN NO PAGED AREA

I have this PC only 6 months... Help me please

Thanks in advance for the answer.

You can try opening up cmd as an administrator and running sfc /scannow to see if that repairs the file(s) necessary to access settings from within windows again.  Another option is running, dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth.  If that does not work, then you could try reverting to the previously installed BIOS if the update file is available on HP's website.  Also you can install the latest drivers for your Ryzen motherboard chipset from AMD's website.
