I want to convert MBR to GPT will it solve the issue that says boot loader not found when i try to turn on secure boot in BIOS?

You can't enable secure boot until after you convert the MBR partition table to GPT.

i want the windows 11 installer to use my e: drive not my c: drive because my storage is less

Can't you select the drive you want W11 to install on when you get to the screen that asks, 'Where do you want to install Windows?'

 

If not, unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to help you with that question and suggest that you start a new discussion.
