Product: HP ENVY Laptop - 17-cg0511na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

On my W10, I had CoolSense. Now it is not in Programs after upgrade. When I try to download the latest CoolSense Installer from HP site, it now says my product is not compatible so it wont install. Yet my        HP ENVY Laptop - 17-cg0511na   had it on the task bar, working before. Can anyone help me please.

See if the HP Command Center app works for your notebook.

 

That is kind of an updated version of HP Coolsense.
