Product is an HP Notebook PC. Under the system's product specifications it mentions the computer has 4GB of RAM. Under the system itself, using a separate software to read the information I've recognized the RAM is actually 8GB. One of the labels on the box I received the computer in were overlaid on. It revealed a secondary serial number. Hidden QR code. Received an ADATA SD card with the computer that, under the process information associate with the card, relayed to me it was installing a backdoor option for a hidden user account access. I wiped the entire drive, deleted TPM information, reset all security keys and boot keys associated. I should have got more professional help however I was out of options at the moment. The computer can only boot into BIOS itself. All other options continuously lead me to System Recovery. The hard drive is unrecognized as a boot device. I've played around with the boot parameters and set them all back to default. It does the same thing. I believe a part of the disk has had some sort of encryption and killed itself as a fail-safe. I need to recover this information as well as configure the computer to recognize the hard drive again. I'm out of resources and options. Is anyone available to help me? I'm going through some more of the system information. The computer is a couple weeks old. It's basically brand new. I have a USB loaded with Linux as a separate boot.
